Our Law Firm focuses on Family Law, Real Property, Estate Planning, Probate, Collections and Civil Litigation.
COLLECTIONS:
Collections of all kinds. We collect Judgments, Account Receivable, Contract Payments, Spousal Support and many other types of debts.
Fees for Collections are contingent upon recovery. If there is no recovery you pay no attorney fees. The costs of recovery (Court costs, Sheriff fees, Process Server, Etc...) may be advanced or included in the attorney fees.
If you advance the costs, the contingent fee is 40% of the amount recovered.
If we advance the costs, the contingent fee is 50% of the amount recovered. This option reduces the risk of not recovering to zero for you.

Wills:
A will is the basic estate planning document. Your will determines who will receive your assets when you pass. Without a will the State of California has already decided how your assets will pass. If you have children you should have a will naming who will raise them if you passed away.

Trusts:
There are many types of trusts that can be used in Estate Planning. The most common is the Revocable Trust or Living Trust. Trusts can avoid probate and speed the distribution of your assets. Also Trusts allow you to have someone else care for your finances if you are not able to or do not want to without going through a conservatorship.
