These terms govern the Cianchetta & Associates text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our SMS Privacy Policy above.
By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Cianchetta & Associates at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, account updates, customer service replies, and informational messages.
You consent to receive messages when you enter your number on our website form and check the consent box, or when you provide your number verbally or in writing and agree to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the holder’s permission to enroll it.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to each message sent or received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. We may deliver messages through an automated system. Delivery is subject to carrier transmission and network availability, and we are not responsible for delays or failures outside our control. We may suspend or end the Program at any time without notice.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, notify us promptly or opt out so that messages are not sent to a new holder of that number. You agree not to use the Program for any unlawful purpose or to send abusive, threatening, or harassing content.
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated by text.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cianchetta & Associates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program, including delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
